hela Sverige As our Head of B2B Credit Risk Control, you will get assignments covering Credit Risk control in the geographies where Ikano Bank is currently active in B2B; Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland and report to the Chief Risk Officer. The role is within the Risk Control function, that is an independent control function (2nd line of defense) that is responsible for identifying, measuring, analyzing and controlling the bank's risks. The function is as well supporting the business organization in their management of risks.

The key responsibilities for this position are:
• Maintain and develop central policies, risk appetites, limit framework, and key risk indicators for the B2B leasing and factoring credit processes for adoption in all B2B markets
• Development and validation of common methods for rating/scoring and loan loss provisioning in close cooperation with the risk analytics team
• Monitor, analyze, report and give recommendations on the development of the complete B2B credit portfolio
• Ensuring compliance with the Banks policies, risk appetite and set limits
• Member of the Central Credit Committee and communicate the 2nd line view on credit applications
• Reporting of credit risk to the management and board
• Provide training and advice on risk framework, methodologies and more to the business organization (1st line of defense) with the aim to develop a strong risk culture throughout Ikano Bank

Are you the one for Ikano?
You have at least 5 years of experience from working with leasing in a Bank, Financing or in a Leasing company. You have been working as a Credit Officer or Credit Manager and are well familiar with the Nordic leasing and factoring markets. You have in-depth knowledge of credit application handling, credit process, credit portfolio risks and relevant external regulations. It is an advantage if you have experience from strategic work within these areas. You hold a University degree in Finance or have a relevant bank/industry career. Company language is English.
You like working in a fast-paced environment, are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, have ability to work across all levels within the organization, acts with integrity and provide constructive challenge to risk owners.
