Your role
At our innovative company, we are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Additive Manufacturing to lead our team and drive the future of our industry. With a strong background in 3D printing, materials science, and manufacturing processes, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic vision for additive manufacturing while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of innovative additive manufacturing solutions across various industries and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships. Manage and develop a high-performing team of experts in 3D printing, materials, and manufacturing processes. Stay updated on advancements in additive manufacturing technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive. Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the expansion and growth of the additive manufacturing division. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Your profile
Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of additive manufacturing, with a proven track record in leading and growing successful teams.

Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as engineering, materials science, or business administration.

Strong understanding of 3D printing technologies, materials, and applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Proven ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.

A passion for driving change and transforming the future of additive manufacturing.

Driving license.
