We are looking to hire a few selected candidates for our International Trainee Program created to develop future leaders for Global Expansion and Global Sales & Operations. If you have the drive and ambition to build H&M globally, this is the opportunity for you!
Working across functions within Global Expansion (Leasing) and Global Sales & Operations (Merchandising), you will gain exposure to key areas of our business and establish a network of colleagues around the world. The program starts in September 2020 and runs for 12 months. The first two months you will be based in the headquarters in Stockholm and the rest of the year you will be in one of our markets rotating between two different functions. After the program you will receive a final placement within one of the functions somewhere in the world.
YOUR MINDSET
We believe that you thrive in an environment where you feel empowered, trusted and challenged. You are self-motivated with a curious mindset, passionate for growing the business and hitting results. You have leadership potential and aim to grow as a leader within H&M. Working in a global context is motivating you and we highly value if you have international experience from either work or studies in different countries. To succeed as an International Trainee you have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into actions. Last but not least, you have a humble attitude with no prestige.
In addition, we also see that you have:
• An interest in the Retail Business
• An interest in Leasing or Merchandising
• A degree in business/engineering
Fluency in English is required, while fluency in other languages is meriting.
