We offer you challenges including planning, coordination and management of several major releases and rollouts. You will be working with competent and inspiring colleagues who just like you strives to successfully carry out excellent releases and roll outs. Each release is a joint effort of several application teams delivering cross functional and integrated features together.
To succeed in this role we believe that you are an experienced Release Manager or Project Manager who wants to take the next step in a fast-paced and changing environment. You are a dedicated, result oriented, optimistic, confident and communicative person who never backs down solving a problem. You have an interest in management and coordination, in combination with a networking capacity.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Release Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Produce and maintain the release plan and ensure that it is accepted by development, operations and business.
• Communicate the overall release plan and the status of current releases.
• Ensure releases are handled according to the release approach within the division.
• Maintain and improve the release approach.
• Keep track of changes in the release scope.
• Manage and follow-up the release progress against milestones.
• Ensure that teams meet entry/exit criteria and deadlines.
• Manage dependencies to other systems and activities.
• Manage issues and risks related to a release that arise during development and test that cannot be handled by the development/test teams themselves.
Your skills

And your skills include:
• Experience from project management or release management of IT systems in a larger IT organization
• Ability to see the big picture
• Communication with various business areas
• Strong team player
• Building good relationships
• Knowledge about system integration and software development in general
• Goal and delivery focused
• Problem solver
• Jira or similar
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Swedish
