We are growing our Hospitality team based out of our client's Global head office just north of Stockholm and are now looking for a Guest service Host with experience in Front office at either luxury hotel or high-end corporate hospitality. If you have Front of House experience from luxury or high-end hotels or experience led corporate receptions this role might be for you

As a Guest Services Host you will be responsible for providing welcome and concierge services in a front-of-house environment including but not limited to greeting visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, answering, and directing calls, assisting with transportation, advising on local attractions and other service-based or administrative tasks as assigned.

Profile

* Passionate in offering an extraordinary and excellent customer experience, and will have an ability to inspire others their vision for quality and anticipating customer's needs
* Previous management experience in the Hospitality industry, preferably within luxury hotels, high end corporate hospitality within Front of House, Reception or Front Office
* Positive attitude and takes pride in delivering high quality services, while inspiring your team to anticipate our client's needs and creating memorable moments
* Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages advantageous), both spoken and written. Good computer skills and knowledge of the MS Office package are essential.
* Good at prioritizing and solution-oriented, with excellent time management and engaging communication skills with a digital first mindset

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Welcomes guests and visitors, making sure they reach their meetings and workplace in a warm and professional manner
* Responsible for responding promptly with accurate and thorough information according to guest needs and queries
* Offer assistance and help with requests for transportation, restaurant bookings and accommodation
* Assist employees from other locations and consultants with access to the office.
* Issue visitor passes and validate guest parking
* Help guests with luggage storage on arrival and departure from site
* Office wayfinding: provides visitors with information to navigate the building including pointing out nearest amenities and fire exits by showing or walking the guest to their destination
* Communicate and build relationships with employees in the building, especially those that often act as hosts to guests and visitors
* Answers telephone in friendly, professional manner
* Help track visitors and assist with reporting
* Continually maintain the appearance of reception/lobby area, conference rooms and other common areas
* Serve as point-of-contact and/or extension of the facilities team as representative of the Experience team.
* Request building and housekeeping services as needed
* Arrange equipment service as needed
* Support with tasks within the Hospitality Team and assist other CBRE teams operating within the client space
* Follow security and emergency procedures as defined for the property. Responds to emergency situations in a calm, efficient manner. Summons appropriate assistance and makes appropriate notifications in accordance with operating procedures

Communication Skills

* Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor
* Thrives in environments where meeting and engaging with new people is their main duty.
* Warm and engaging demeanor. Can assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.
* Utilizes high attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency in resolving any issues that may arise

* Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations
* Good at solving problems and work proactively
* Able to analyze situations and act accordingly
