Position Description
As a Group Manager, your main task is to lead the group delivering testing and measurements for product development in the areas of Air-drag, Automation, Fuel economy, Energy efficiency and drivability, Powertrain testing in vehicle as well as other features related to the Vehicle Productivity.
You will drive change and focus on creating a group where we actively work to continuously improve the way-of-working and produce test data regarding vehicle productivity testing. You will be accountable for technical deliveries, people and technology development, and working environment.
The group consists of about 12 engineers located in Göteborg and at our proving grounds. It works in close cooperation with other teams in Features Verification and Validation as well as Vehicle and Powertrain Engineering. You will be part of the Vehicle Verification and Validation management team and report to the Section manager Vehicle Verification and Validation.

Vehicle Productivity Testing main deliverables are data from our tests and focused testing facility content, always with an ambition to increase cooperation and efficiency.
Who are you?
You have experience from product development and you are known for your integrity and trust, customer focus and good communication skills. Preferably, you have experience from testing, calculations or feature work and leadership or management. Experience from Electromobility testing is a merit.
