What is the job?
We are looking for a group manager for a new team that is responsible for capabilities such as SW download, logging, diagnostics, vehicle interface and also our data integration office. The group specifies, develops, tests and maintains these capabilities. Together with your team we want you to take an active part from cradle to grave for the area - so everything from defining strategies and roadmaps, to developing, testing and maintaining. You shall, off course, lead and continuously develop the people in the group to deliver according to our customer's expectations. Part of the job is also to lead and continuously develop the processes, methods and tools that are used by the group.

You are holding a University/Master degree in computer science or equivalent.
You have a proven experience within IT SW development or embedded SW development
You are well experienced in agile ways of working
You have managerial experience from line or project management
