At Test Fleet Center, you will work alongside some of the most skilled and passionate colleagues related to complete vehicle product knowledge. The main purpose of the Test Fleet Center team is to coordinate and secure transport solutions for testing in technology and product streams, secure uptime of the test fleet and secure infrastructure and facilities connected to the needs of the fleet.
About the role
As a group manager for Test Fleet Center you will be responsible to drive the change within your team to optimize and maximize the utilization of the test fleet over time. In order to succeed you will work closely with Project Managers in Complete Vehicle, Finance, Product Builds and the Product and IB Manager. You are also accountable for project deliveries, budget, working environment, continuous development of the team's way of working and tools as well as your team members development. In this position you will be part of the Product and IB Management team.
Main activities in the area:
• Identify the needs of incoming trucks together with Project Managers in Complete Vehicle, control the GTT fleet forecast and optimize the number of vehicles in the GTT fleet. You own the total GTT Fleet and are responsible for the approval of new vehicles.
• Manage the Global Test Fleet Center network with other sites
• Continue to support the team to develop test fleet planning/maintenance tools (BOSS, Volvo Connect, connected POWER BI's, etc) to monitor and optimize fleet metrics.
• Increase the efficiency of the area by establishing work with potential suppliers/partners/authorities to manage Fleet activities (maintenance, charging, etc).
• Secure infrastructure and facilities connected to the needs of the fleet.

You have many years of experience from leading people, vehicles development and have a good product know-how.
