About the position
In the role of Graphic Communication Coordinator, you work to ensure that all Wellspect's graphic communication is consistent and follows our corporate brand guidelines. You will primarily work with already set strategic marketing- and communication activities that are being implemented. The role has both global and local focus as Wellspect has a large international market presence. Therefore, there will be great opportunities to initiate new marketing activities where you will work closely with our colleagues at our different locations.
Key accountabilities:
Create and edit marketing and sales materials as well as materials for congresses and web.
Ensuring the graphical expression is consistent across.
Coordination and communication with the other parts organizations in order to manage the material approval process.
Working with with the company 's image library.

We believe you are a proactive person that effortlessly change focus between tasks. As your everyday life will be outlined with a high tempo, you are good at prioritizing and taking responsibility for your own durability.
It is important have a good eye for visual aesthetics while you have a good ability to stay within frames and structures, as much of the marketing material already has a graphic basis.

Most importantly, during previous work you have worked with similar tasks and that you enjoy them.
We believe you have:
an education in a relevant field, such as graphic design or marketing.
background as a as graphic designer, marketing coordinator or equivalent.
working experience of Indesign.
an appreciation for carrying out tasks individually as well as with with your colleagues
previous experience of working in an international environment.
the courage to voice your own ideas of improvement but at the same time open to other people's ideas to achieve a successful outcome.
excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Knowledge of Swedish is desirable.

You will report to the Head of Wellspect Marketing Communication and placed at our headquarters in Mölndal, Sweden.
