What you'll do
As Order to Cash (OTC) - Global Process Owner within Global Finance Operations you will set and lead the global finance process framework within Volvo Cars. This will be done together with the Finance Delivery Organization, the Development Organization and local finance. The Order to Cash area includes all different business models and revenue streams from both a B2B and B2C perspective. You will also:
* Implement a culture of performance metrics measurement in operations and finance and also manage subject matter expertise and support in complex or critical process activities
*Actively network with other process owners within Volvo Cars to prioritize initiatives and allocates shared resources and closely collaborate to ensure alignment of the OtC standard finance process and strive for automation and simplification
* Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives of the OtC process across all business units and locations
*Lead and drive processes Integration/implementation for newly established company, joint ventures and business models
Do you fit the profile?
* University degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least
* Extensive experience from finance related processes and project and program management
* Experience of working within a similar continuous improvement related environment
* Excellent knowledge of OtC Finance processes and very good knowledge and experience of process management tools and techniques
* Fluent in English, verbally and written

To succeed in the role you need to have the ability to work and be comfortable in a dynamic environment under continuous development. You further need to have a proactive approach with ability to prioritize to deliver on commitments with tight deadlines. You also need to have highly developed analytical skills and be result oriented with customer focus. Finally because you will have a lot of contact both internally and externally, you need to have excellent communication and presentation skills.
