We are now looking for a Global VPS coordinator supporting our organization both globally and locally (in Gothenburg) to take next step towards becoming lean and flow-oriented.

Within Aftermarket Technology we work with support and tools towards our dealers and customers. We secure that the products developed within product development are maintainable and that we provide correct aftermarket support.
Aftermarket is a vital part of the organization where we face the daily situations of our customers. To support the customers Aftermarket Technology develops methods and tools as well as secure good spare parts solutions and information to increase the customer satisfaction.
To be able to perform in a good way we are continually working with developing the way of working within the organization. One of the most important things is the way we focus on our cultural behavior and lean thinking. As our Global VPS coordinator within AMT - you will play an essential part in our journey.
In this assignment, you will work close together with our local VPS facilitators on our other sites (Lyon, Curitiba, Greensboro and Bangalore). You will also act as the local VPS facilitator and thereby have close connection to our local managers in Gothenburg.

The main responsibilities are to:
• Set and drive AMT's global VPS Roadmap together with the local VPS facilitators
• Secure cross functional and cross site cooperation and experience sharing
• Facilitate and coach the teams within our organization based in Gothenburg
• Work closely with the AMT site management team
• Lead and support VPS development within Aftermarket Technology globally
• Lead and support improvement events (Kaizen, 5S etc.)
• Support and coach the managers in their daily usage of the implemented VPS tools
• Escalate issues and report progress to the QSP manager
• Communicate information about VPS and best practices within the organization

Skills and knowledge:
• University degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
• Autonomous and ability to prioritize and plan on short as well as long term basis
• Excellent networking skills, with the ability to interact with people in different organizations and in different hierarchical levels
• Listening and developing others in order to support change management
• Experience of using the Lean/VPS tools and methods like 5S, standardized work, maintenance systems, cost-deployment, VSM, problem solving, work-place organization
• Understanding of VPS as a mind-set and not only a toolbox and methods
• Skilled in change management
• Experience of coaching and facilitating individuals and teams
• Leadership experience is a merit as you will interact with and need to understand the managerial challenges
