Husqvarna Group is looking for a trainee within the Sourcing department who will be based in Huskvarna, Sweden, for the first assignment.
You will be part of an international two-year trainee program, which offers four six-month rotations, including one assignment abroad, combined with relevant training modules.
All trainees will receive a permanent employment at Husqvarna Group. You will be employed as a member of the Husqvarna Group's team from day one.
Upon completion of the program, our ambition is to assign you to a key position within the Sourcing function. This is a huge opportunity for you to be part of an international company to work with exciting and new projects and execute them all by yourself.

Department and role
Sourcing is responsible for all external spend to Huskvarna Division. About 10 000 MSEK coming from suppliers across the globe. Main task is to attract and develop external world class suppliers and create the best supply base in our industry. To do this we are 150 Sourcing people in 6 areas (Sweden, UK, Poland, China, Japan and Brazil).
In this role you will have international opportunities in a growing area of business where you will get the chance to bring innovation and achieve your goals (personal and professional) with the help of great colleagues and managers.
The primary focus of this trainee spot will be Project Management in Sourcing with focus on Electric Supplier Quality Management. To succeed in this role it's important that you're a social person with a high drive with diplomatic qualities. You need to have a structured way of working with a proactive mindset. Understanding the importance of external and internal customer service is an absolute must in this role.

Qualifications
• Maximum 3 years work experience
• MSc in industrial Engineering or Economics
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Passion for innovation
• Mobility is important both during and after the program
• Good communication and presentation skills

Additionally, you must also demonstrate a strong desire to add value and to learn, as well as possess strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively follow multiple parallel projects.
