Currently looking for two passionate Global Technical Innovation Managers (m/f) for our FemCare category, based in Göteborg (Sweden). One of the positions is a permanent role, while the other position is a temporary role for minimum one year covering for maternity leave.
In your position, you will contribute to the overall Innovation strategy and plans for Period Care, in the technical area, across the different product forms. You will work in partnership with your other Global Brand Innovation peers and Technical Innovation peers, reporting to the Global Brand Director Feminine Care located in Ismaning (Germany).

Main Tasks
Contribute to and implement the brand innovation strategy/projects for Period Care, with focus on the technical area
Help identify opportunities and gaps that enable to fuel the innovation pipeline and build the brand in accordance to our brand pyramid, consumer segmentation, and brand architecture
Partner with peers in Innovation Team, Insights, R&D, Technology, Packaging, Manufacturing/Supply Chain and Lead Markets to secure strong innovation plan
Co-lead selected projects through the Funnel in partnership with Brand Innovation peer.
Assess technical feasibility of the project, Own the requirement spec and Agree mandatory parameters for the article
Secure alignment with R&D, Technology and Manufacturing/Suppliers
Work closely with the commercial teams in lead markets to prepare for successful launch.
Key Competencies
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in technical product development in a multinational environment.
Experience in Feminine Care category, or similar categories from product technical perspective can be a plus.
Ability to bridge and balance technology criteria with commercial/business requirements
Good project management and networking skills
Proven ability to work in global, multi-cultural, multi-functional teams, with different locations
Strong English speaking and writing skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, has passion, hard-working, agile, able to manage ambiguity
Ability to travel
