• Cardo Entrance Solutions
• Cardo Flow Solutions
The Parts & Service business has been identified as a key strategic focus area within the Cardo Flow division. To support this strategic initiative we now seek a global manager for Service operations.
Task:
Service Operations is a new central function which primarily covers the execution works and activities performed by our Service technicians in the field and in our Service centers.
As Global Service Operations Manager you will be responsible for the overall "service activity" results within the division. You will also be responsible for the service operations strategy including objectives and key priorities. Furthermore, the position includes responsibility for efficiency and performance improvement projects, drive benchmarking and KPI's, launch and implement service support/management systems and practical tools throughout our organization. We also expect you to contribute with competence development programs towards our local service technicians through various training programs and to support business cases for service investments in prioritized markets.
In this role you will have a close and operational contact with our local service operations managers. It is also recommended to establish a global service reference team consisting of selected lical Service operations managers. Key stakeholders apart from local service operations managers will be the central service development coordinator as well as the global spare parts supply chain manager.
You will report to the Regional Manager- EMEA and depending on ongoing activities you will be working in close co-operation with your key stakeholders.
The position will include international travel, approximately 80 working days per year.
Qualifications:
We are looking for an ambitious person who is ready to step in to this role and will be motivated and challenged to develop further. You need to be an experienced service or business expert who will have a leading role in ensuring, develop and manage our global service operations.
We expect you to have an relevant university degree in the technical or mechanical area and minimum of 5 years of work experience from a position within a central unit preferably in service, operations or sales, We also believe you have experience of working in an international environment, maybe from a headquarter position.
Personality:
As a person you are business minded with a structured approach. You have a high level of self-motivation and good social skills. You have excellent networking skills and knowledge of working with change in an open and communicative way. You work in a structured and systematic way. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English are a must.
