You will be a part of the Supply Chain Management team where the overall scope stretches from customer demand to customer deliveries. As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will work with improving our supply chain performance. You will develop and maintain processes and tools to ensure efficient material flow, as both member of project teams as well as a project manager for improvement and development projects
The Global Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible to define, drive and support activities to optimize the supply chain. The purpose is to develop and maintain a professional and efficient supply chain with focus on total cost, working together with Global Sourcing. As a global position the responsibilities will also be to audit our plants to ensure process compliance.
A part of the roll is also responsibilities within the area of transports and customs. Driving global RFQ's and act as our main global supplier contact. Negotiating agreements with suppliers and establish contracts on both local and global level.

Requirements/Qualification
• University degree Master of Science level or equivalent education and relevant background/working experience
• Proficient understanding and practical experience of ERP (especially MPS)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Additional language skills is a plus
Responsibility
• Develop process, concepts and tools for the Global Supply Chain
• Secure supply chain management process compliance within the group
• Lead and support improvement projects/activities within supply chain.
• Participate in customer and/or supplier discussions to develop and define logistic setups based on the customer needs
• Report, analyze and monitor Supply Chain related performance KPI's and if required take actions.
• Transports and customs on a global level.
• Performing group RFQs
• Agreement coverage with terms and conditions
• Monitor market and technology trends and if required act upon them
