Your mission
In this position, by reporting to the president of the division, you lead and develop our distributor and OEM sales and sales teams to meet set goals and create outstanding customer satisfaction. You set the strategic direction and tactics of for our sales activities, and make sure we act in line with globally set targets, initiatives, and marketing plans. Working proactively, you're able to anticipate customers' needs and find new opportunities for growth and performance. You build and develop our sales and business plans and culture within the area - driving our performance to meet sales targets globally. You collaborate actively with internal stakeholders to meet our vision and ambition to increase sales in all channels on a global level. At the end of the day, all your work leads to increased customer satisfaction, with the goal of always being their absolute first choice!
The location for this position is preferably at our division HQ in Lahti, Finland or in Svedala, Sweden. Other locations in Europe could also be an option. Essential travel is part of your assignment.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of driving a successful global sales function and developing partnerships and business growth. You have extensive work experience from global distributor network sales or a similar field. We also believe you need knowledge of sales-related tools for industrial products as well as hands-on experience of developing plans, performance and ways of working with industrial products. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English, while knowledge in French or Spanish is considered beneficial.

With your excellent leadership and communication skills, you easily lead and develop your team of sales professionals and account managers in a global environment with commercial and technical matters. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion and curiosity to explore new possibilities and you constantly keep an eye on development and market trends.
