As a Global Product Specialist, you will work in close partnership with colleagues across our different markets, IT, partners and other functions. You will be a key member of our Global Product and Value Proposition team where we develop, manage and lead the transformation of our products and propositions within areas such as Retail, Insurance, Loans & Savings, Deposits and Cards & Payments.
You will have a key role in defining our new product propositions and driving our transformation towards new distribution models and global consolidation.
This role sits within our Global Product Manager framework, with the below scope. Whilst we welcome experience in these areas, a willingness to engage and learn are most important.
• Defining the requirements and features that will create our capabilities
• Strong collaboration with relevant delivery teams and other relevant business teams
• Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across the group and with key external partners and customers
• Working in a transparent, open, firm and fair fashion, gaining trust and confidence
• Developing and applying an understanding of how to optimise the Product / Capability performance in line with the values of the Bank Strategy
• Contributing to the development and adoption of Agile ways of working across the bank and in particular Group Digital
• Ability to work with and create the performance measures that will deliver value to Ikano and our customers

• Understanding the regulatory context for product / domain and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and scheme
• Optimizing cost efficiency with creation of value for the customer and bank

Are you the one for Ikano?
We are looking for an inspiring and authentic team player with an inquisitive and strategic mindset and a good understanding of On Boarding across Card and Loan products from commercial and operational (compliance, processes, industry initiatives) point of view.
You will have a strong delivery focus combined with a genuine interest and knowledge of developments in the industry, together with a good understanding of customer and technology in a business context. Ideally, you will have experience from agile ways of working.
Previous working experience in a European multi-market, digital context is a bonus.
Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.

In this role you will report to our Head of Product Change. As you will be working within a bank-wide scope, the role will require quite a bit of travelling (when the world opens up again) and virtual meetings. We would like this role to be based at either our head offices in Malmö, our office in Stockholm, or Nottingham in the UK.
