Would you envisage yourself as the leader of a global service delivery organization that creates, maintains, and delivers process competence training to our super users and end user communities?

In this highly visible and influential role, the Global Training Team Manager will champion our efforts to deliver world class process execution training material to Tetra Pak employees worldwide.

This is a brand-new team within Business transformation Office that is being formed to help Tetra Pak strengthen its foundation on "How we work".

You will lead a group of very specialized trainers that will partner with each global process team to create and maintain needed training material in multiple formats from classroom training, to webinars, eLearning's and quick reference guides.

In this position, you must interact with various business partners, Global Process Drivers, Global Process Teams members, Global IM Directors and SDMs, external Suppliers and several other stakeholders.

The position is based in Lund, Sweden and requires travelling 15 %.

Main responsibilities

• Engage with Global Process Teams to understand overall global training needs.
• Develop and implement a 3-year Strategic Plan
• Work with Global Process Drivers to establish metrics for training content creation/delivery
• Manage/develop a high performing team with a strong culture of service delivery - in different locations
• Represent the Tetra Pak process community with the Tetra Pak Academy Faculty leaders
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods
• Financial: Baseline, budgeting and cost follow-up for the services including FTE requirements, software maintenance / procurement.




Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Master or post-graduate degree would be an advantage)
• 5+ years of management experience, including multilocation teams
• 3-5 years of experience in an international fast-paced business environment developing and facilitating training programs or implementing large scale changes in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in Processes Theory
• Excellent presentation skills; ability to articulate information
• Strong stakeholder management skills (throughout many different levels of the organization)
• Good Tetra Pak business knowledge
