hela Sverige * Set up expansion process initiation and execution including milestones and decision points
• Evaluate and improve expansion process as a collaborative effort together with key stakeholders
• Entertain close stakeholder relationship with Retail, Group Property and Inter IKEA with focus on expansion process and project development model
• Monitor and approve digital ways of working with respect to Project development model
• Work closely with peers within the function and key stakeholders within INGKA to constantly improve expansion process and project development model

You have knowledge of:
• how to operate, control and oversee IKEA real estate in order to ensure its useful life and condition
• adapting the business model to respond to business opportunities and constraints
• the joint market expansion plan and an understanding of how it can be aligned and leverage in collaboration with other IKEA departments
• INGKA Group internal processes, rules, templates and real estate procedures, such as PLM, Due Diligence and other instructions
• the internal and external property development process, and co-ordinating the business case creation up until internal approval (IRLP) to secure location, with input from internal and external stakeholders
You have the capability to:
• meet quality standards and produce quality work products
• plan and prioritise work and use digital tools to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
• convey ideas and information to groups (incl. virtual)
• build and maintain a system of strategic business connections
• champion new methods, digital systems and processes to improve performance
To generate revenue and growth of new and current Meeting Places while also collaborating with IKEA Retail, the INGKA Group and external contractors with the goal of delivering the needs of customers and local communities within the locations they operate.
