As Global Partnership Director - Insurance you will play a leading role in developing our partnerships with the insurance industry to form what the future of healthcare looks like.
You will be a part of our strong commercial team focusing on growth where insurance partnerships plays a important role in our effort to expand the reach of digital care.
What you'll do- Own and facilitate KRYs partnership strategy towards the the insurance industry from strategy to execution
• Closely monitors environmental changes and competitor activities in order to be able to fine tune planned tactics and identifies actions to strengthen product positioning
• Support profitable growth in local markets and providing local business developers with the right market and product insights
• Build, develop and maintain partnerships with players in the insurance industry throughout Europe
• Liaise with Legal, Finance, Operation, Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure that key contract terms, including roles & responsibilities, milestones, progress reports, etc. are executed appropriately
• Build expertise about partner company, including company organization/leadership, strategies, financials, priorities, etc
• Perform regular alliance audits and "health checks" and utilize output to improve efficiency and effectiveness of partner operations
• Proactively identify and resolve key issues and mitigate risks associated with partner programs.
Who you are- To be successful in the role, you work well with others and always act with the patient's needs in mind. You are passionate about healthcare, commercial offerings and always aim for win-win externally and internally
• Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 6 years of experience working with or in the insurance industry
• Have a strong understanding of the European Health Insurance market and a proven track record of great results within Commercial Excellence
• Ability to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective
• Entrepreneurial with strong self-starting skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively and with agility in a complex, matrixed environment,
• Confidence in working in a small, fast-paced company with a vision to change large-scale healthcare systems
• Excellent communicator in English. German and/or French is a plus
The role is based in our Stockholm office, but can be operated from any of our offices, and requires travels
