We are recruiting for a new member for our Global Accounting department - a colleague with a broad background in, and passion for, process improvement within Finance and Accounting.

Who are you?
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or similar.
Accounting and or Audit background, with knowledge of IFRS preferable.
Strong core competencies in SAP in an organization on its journey to upgrade to S/4 Hana.
You have successful past experience working with at least one data visualization tool such as SAP SAC, Power BI or Qlik.
You are able to see the opportunity for process development and harmonization in control issues and work with the business on solutions.
You have failed, overcome difficulties and learned from mistakes.
You enjoy teamwork and cross functional collaboration and also come with a problem-solving attitude.
You have integrity, strong morals and act with the best interest of the company even when it requires courage.
What will your role be?
You will work closely with the VCE Internal Control Manager and provide leadership by supporting our local teams around the globe.
Participate in the Volvo Internal Controls System VICS and assist in evaluating and verifying the control environment of our 40 legal entities.
Identify creative technological solutions to improve effectivity, efficiency and coverage of substantive internal control evaluation across the group.
Work with Legal Compliance to evaluate fraud, anti-corruption, trade compliance risk.
Own and establish an innovative solution for the design, maintenance and governance of the VCE authorization directive.
