Electrolux HR is on a digital transformation journey, driving globalization and continuous improvement of our HR/People processes, leveraging platforms such as Cornerstone, DocuSign, PowerBI, Glint and Phenom. Our Digital People Initiatives to further accelerate our journey in 2022-2023 include:
• Workforce Management & People Analytics - Enabling end-to-end people data lifecycle management in one global tool, simplifying people processes for people leaders. Elevating possibilities of measuring people process performance and taking action where needed.
• Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility - Elevating possibilities to attract external and internal candidates, improving ways of working for recruiters, taking the new external and internal career pages to the next level, promoting internal mobility and development opportunities.
• Learning & Development - Enhancing possibilities to visualize career paths, enabling our people to identify and gain necessary skills for the future, also enhancing internal learning opportunities by launching digital Functional Academies.

We are now looking for an experienced project manager to further strengthen our Group HR PMO team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to manage complex HR/HRIT projects on a global scale, manage multiple stakeholders across regions and functions, embrace agile ways of working and drive continuous improvement. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading one or multiple projects at a time, securing the successful delivery from start to end.
In addition to operational project management, you will also support activities such as development of the strategic digital HR/People roadmap, tactical planning for upcoming projects, and HR PMO toolbox development and project management skill-building within HR. You will also coach and support our PMO interns/project coordinators.
As a global project manager and member of the Global HR PMO team you will:
• Operationally manage projects, including project planning, status tracking, resource planning, management of issues, risks, and budget for your projects
• Guide, coach and support your project team, support in issue resolution and risk mitigation activities
• If applicable, align with and manage external vendors delivering into your project
• Proactively manage and collaborate with stakeholders such as Global HR Executive team, HR/People process owners and SMEs, Digital HR team, and others to ensure alignment of expectation and common understanding of upcoming activities and resource requirements
• Partner and work closely with the rest of Global HR PMO team; global project managers, global change manager and the PMO interns/project coordinators
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor's degree on any academic discipline
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within HR/HRIT and Cloud/SaaS solutions (Cornerstone/SuccessFactors/Workday or similar)
• Passion for HR, Project Management, continuous improvement and agile ways of working
• Strong problem-solving skills and consultative attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills, having the ability to create and maintain work relations with key stakeholders and to facilitate discussions between different teams
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong merits
Management consulting background
Project management certification (e.g. PMI or similar)
Experience from working on a global scope
Change management knowledge/experience
