Plant Engineering Office within Plant Sales and Engineering (PS&E) in Processing
Solutions is recruiting a Global Expert. The overall role for Plant Engineering Office is to secure productivity and quality in engineering and to drive development of engineering capabilities (globally) both in pre-projects and implementation.
We now need to strengthen our team with a colleague with a background from Process Engineering.
You will enter into a global role with an extensive and truly international network. You will work closely with all our Clusters and Business Units, driving global alignment and coordination.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and travelling for about 15% of the time will be required.
Main responsibilities
• Drive or participate in development projects of our global engineering tools (e.g. Matrix, Inventor, Toolbox)
• Participate in planning of engineering tools and platform strategy
• Support engineers in the cluster project organisation with engineering tools and work methods
• Act as trainer in Process Engineering trainings
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with a strong personal drive. You are a self motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things. Furthermore, you are good at collaborating with others and you possess a high level of integrity and trust.
We believe you have at least a couple of years experience working as Process Engineer in liquid food projects. You are familiar with engineering tools and if you have experience from Matrix we see that as an advantage. Your educational background is within Engineering.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
