About the job
We are seeking a creative digital-first communicator with a strong technical understanding and a structured working style, who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high collaboration demands.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help revitalize our global web presence through outstanding content. The role is part of a new global editorial process for group channels as well as a new organizational setup to lead a transformational change in our website experience, turning it into a coherent, engaging, and inspiring platform.
You will be expected to infuse new energy into our global portfolio of websites by curating, creating, and adapting compelling content that resonates with our diverse audiences, e.g.: customers, talents, investors, media, partners, suppliers, etc.
As part of our Group Communications team, your focus will be on corporate content and audiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments, divisions and sales companies who are focused on the commercial and product content in a complex matrix organization, and guide projects with clear communication and creative leadership, i.e.:
Key responsibilities:

Content strategy: Contribute to shared goals in the Global Web Team and its global web master plan for website content and performance using data-driven insights.

Editorial leadership: Lead the global editorial process to produce prioritized news and stories, applying an omnichannel mindset, but with our website as the primary content hub.
*
Content production: Demonstrate best practices by creating impactful brand-level content and adapting content from business stakeholders.
*
Collaboration: Work with internal content producers and stakeholders to present our offerings coherently and appealingly.
*
Global coordination: Coordinate a global network of digital marketers and content producers to achieve excellence in storytelling, content, visuals, and UX.
*
Governance: Help develop and implement routines, processes, and training for content governance and lifecycle management.
*
Search engine optimization (SEO): Ensure web content is optimized for search engines to increase web traffic and user engagement for our corporate content.
*
Relationship building: Build strong, trustful relationships internally and externally.
*
Compliance: Ensure content complies with copyright, data protection, and sustainability reporting laws (e.g., CSRD).
*
Innovation: Stay updated with industry developments and generate new ideas to attract our audience.
Required skills and qualifications:
*
Experience from global corporate settings and complex matrix organizations
*
Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) is a real merit
*
Understanding of web content editors' daily lives and issues
*
Strong editorial and content production skills
*
Ability to align corporate content with commercial customer content
*
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
*
Knowledge of UX writing, SEO principles and legal compliance
