hela Sverige We are now recruiting a Global Clinical Education and Learning (CE&L) Coordinator for a assignment at the department of Clinical Quality Management, AstraZeneca, Mölndal. This position offers the opportunity to manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) on a global level. Preferred starting date is 1 June and the position duration is one year.
The CE&L Coordinator is responsible for the content, maintenance and improvements of the Global LMS for Clinical Development. In addition, the role includes design, development and delivery of training on LMS for global Clinical Development customers and to provide support and coaching to local LMS administrators.
We are looking for L&D professional with experience in CE&L processes, CE&L systems administration with excellent customer focus and client relationship skills. Proven experience in CE&L system administration and expert knowledge of LMS systems and their use in recording compliance training is prefferred. In addition to strong computer literacy and technical aptitude, it is essential to have strong administrative, organization and coordination skills. Previous experience of pharmaceutical industry and clinical processes are advantageous but not necessary. You should be comfortable to work in an international environment and excellent swedish and english is required, both spoken and in writing.
