The Sourcing function is a critical factor to the success of our business why we are seaking for a Global Category Manager with proven experience withing negotiation, manage cost development and Group RFQ:s. To be successful in this position, you need to enjoy working towards KPI targets and revel in being close to the business. You need to be goal driven and share your positive energy with others. You are not afraid of taking decisions and contribute with your opinion. We believe that you are a proactive person with ability to build trust and take pride in delivering high quality in all your duties. The Global Category Manager reports to Vice President Supply Chain.

This is your challenge
• Manage cost development of sourcing portfolio with focus on total cost and performing Group RFQs
• Handle supplier agreements, follow up on supplier peformance and act on connected KPIs
• Establish global sourcing area strategy and lead the implementation of the strategy within your area
• Support tactical sourcing with escalations of shortage, price and quality
• Act as a team member between our sites and the category team
• Monitor and act according to the market and techology trends
To take on this challenge, you will need...
• Comprehensive understanding of the Electronics industry.
• Minimum 5 years experience of doing business within Electronics
• Minimum 5 years' experience within a sourcing function
• Relevant university degree or equivalent
• Fluent level of English, both written and spoken
• Experience from global a organization
