As a Global Brand Community Manager with Rebtel/Majority, you'll be at the forefront of positioning the brand in the audiences that we target. You know that the strongest brands today are built when they are co-created with their customers, and that to become truly successful you need to be obsessed by understanding and knowing what matters to them. We're looking for a team player who enjoys the best of start-up culture: working with a small but highly motivated team, embracing cross collaboration and being a creative problem solver. You will be spending time divided by creating and coordinating strategically important community communication, as well as guiding and enabling the local teams to create content and grow the physical and digital community close to the customers (initially Houston, Texas).The right person for this role is someone who has worked for 7+ years but long for a great challenge, hungry to learn and a go-getter excited to help build an amazing brand from the ground up. You will grow team and responsibilities with our vision to become the biggest bank for immigrants in the world.Responsibilities Develop and implement a brand community platform for digital channels, in line with brand strategy and creative frameworkDevelop and implement a structure for content, as well as guidelines for local markets according to set business objectivesPropose and implement relevant targets and KPIs, as well as managing tools needed to measure and learn continuouslyAnalyze web traffic and relevant community metrics Guide and feedback to local offices to ensure consistent community growth and desired resultsAlign with all marketing and PR activities to ensure consistent storytelling and impact across all channelsCreate engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videosMonitor community and continuously identify relevant insights within different diasporas, to ensure engaging topics in line with creative frameworkRelay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholdersProactively propose and implement strategic community communication initiativesLiaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and support developments, and to ensure brand consistencyLiaise with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representationCollaborate heavily with the internal specialist teams when necessary
