We are looking for a Global Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing operations across all GI Valves factories, Test and Training Centers. In this role, you will ensure that global manufacturing processes, capacity, and capabilities align with business needs and strategic goals. You will drive operational excellence, foster continuous improvement, and guarantee that safety, quality, and efficiency remain top priorities throughout all sites and projects.
How you'll make an impact
Take overall accountability for global GI Valves manufacturing operations, including planning and capability development.
Coordinate and align manufacturing activities across all sites to meet business objectives and customer requirements.
Lead global investment execution and ensure transparent follow-up on investment portfolios.
Be part of developing and implement global manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Champion health and safety standards and ensure compliance across all sites.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Lead digitalization efforts and manage information-sharing platforms.
Compile and manage the overall CAPEX budget and annual budget cycles.
Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, cost, and delivery to drive performance improvements.
Your Background
Proven experience in global manufacturing operations or large-scale production management.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and international teams.
Solid understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality management systems.
Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Ability to lead digitalization initiatives and manage information systems effectively.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and CAPEX management.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken is required
