We now have an open position for a German speaking support engineer to work with university researchers, usability experts and market research professionals using Tobii eye trackers around the world. You will be working from the Tobii office in Stockholm, providing support in both German and English. We know that you are a service-minded problem-solver with a great technical interest and knowledge. Most likely you enjoy having fun at work as well. As the rest of our support team, you either have an academic education within computer science or you learnt the stuff yourself and couldn’t be bothered spending time in school just for the diploma. You enjoy having daily contact with customers, mainly over the phone.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Remote troubleshooting of technical issues with hardware and software.
• Explaining functionality and possibilities of Tobii products.
• Providing feedback to our development teams and product managers regarding product quality and user demands.
• Occasional on site customer visits or conferences.
Your primary focus will be our customers on the German speaking markets, but you will also be giving support in English to customers in other parts of the world.
We believe that you:
• Have an Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Master English and German in speech and writing.
• Enjoy and excel at working in a customer facing position.
