As an advisor you will give our customers excellent service by providing solutions over phone and mainly e-mail. Acting as the second line of response to our German speaking customers, you will be responsible for solving tricky consumer and merchant cases and delivering service with high efficiency.

Dispute Resolutions is a central part of Klarna and our Service Center Department. Your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction. The current challenges are to continue to build up a world class disputes function as well as to bring new ideas and thoughts into the current set up - thereby helping us to continue to deliver a good result and a great service to our customers. You will work independently as well as closely with your colleagues within the German/Austrian Team of around 25 members.

To succeed in this role you are a driven and independent person, with a strong interest in communication. Critical thinking comes naturally to you, and you are secure in making the right decisions, while being unafraid to use your own initiative. Ideally you have experience in customer support, you would love to serve as an ambassador for our brand and you have excellent communication skills in both German and English. Market knowledge of Germany is a merit.
