Potentialpark is looking for a new team member to our Research team who is passionate about accompanying companies in the journey of developing an Employer Branding and recruitment strategy that matches candidates to the right positions.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Throughout the year, we conduct quantitative and qualitative research that includes career related surveys on students and graduates around the globe to monitor communication trends and capture preferences and frustrations.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will take on the management of key internal projects with the goal of delivering them on time, within budget and within scope.
As a Project Manager and Analyst in our Research Team, you will:
• coordinate internal resources, clients and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• assist in the definition of the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• contribute to the development and implementation of online questionnaires and the evaluation of companies' career channels and HR tools during our annual field period in the fall
• design and implement qualitative perception panels
• data-analysis, report production and report-writing are part of your tasks as well as enhancing our knowledge and sharing it with clients during client deliveries and conferences
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Proven work experience (3-5 years) in project management in the research/consulting sector
• We are looking for independent and driven people who see themselves as future experts in the field of Online Talent
Communication and candidate experience
• We expect you to be a native German speaker, fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• You have experiences in project planning, initiation and organization with a proven track record in identifying potential issues proactively and formulating solutions
• You have experience with client-relationship management and you know how to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• You have an analytical mindset as well as an eye for detail and are capable of solving tasks and questions in a logical way
• You are familiar with analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
• You are at ease using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• You are self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously towards deadlines
• You are able to take innovative ideas and translate them to helping our teams and clients work smarter
• You know how to lead by example and motivate all involved stakeholders in reaching a common goal
