We are looking for a driven German Customer Support representative to join us at Star Stable in our office in Stockholm city. Star Stable Entertainment AB was founded in 2010 and operates the online game starstable.com that is a PC/MAC-based adventure game that is growing rapidly worldwide. Star Stable has over 2 million users in over 180 countries and is currently available in 7 languages. The company, which currently employs 25 people in Stockholm, is growing rapidly and is now in need of reinforcement.

Main Responsibilities:

In the role as a German customer support representative your main responsibilities is to, through e-mail, help our customers with anything from technical problems and payment issues to answering questions about the game and report bugs to our development team. You will also be responsible for translation of game updates to German and for maintaining the quality of the German version of all products. You will on a daily basis play the game, moderate our chat and as the German market grows you will be in charge of the German market.

Requirements:

• German native speaker
• Fluent in English and Swedish (at least good reading comprehension in Swedish)
• Computer literate
• Works well in a team
• Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
