We are thrilled to announce that our family is growing to Jönköping.
At the beginning of May, we are opening a spectacular restaurant featuring over 180 seats indoors, doubling in size during the summer with a beautiful outdoor space that will become one of the city's most exciting meeting places. The venue is right in the heart of the city on Östra Storgatan, one of Jönköping's most central and vibrant areas.

About You and The Role
We are looking for a driven General Manager to lead the opening of Basta Jönköping in the heart of the city. You are an inspiring, hands-on leader who builds strong teams and creates great energy on the floor, always with genuine Italian hospitality at the core.
You hold full responsibility for both FOH and BOH, ensuring quality, profitability, and a strong work environment, while confidently leading the restaurant through high-paced, busy evenings.
Solid experience from leadership roles within the restaurant industry is required. Education within hospitality, wine, or bar is considered a plus.
Your main responsibilities in a nutshell:
Leading a team of 50-60 ppl
Recruitment and onboarding of existing and new team members
Full control over restaurant operations
Very big interest in delivering financial results
You will be spending 85-90% of your time working in the service with your team leading by example
