Our Future Talent Programme is a one or two year programme that will develop your leadership and your other professional skills in a truly international environment. We are now looking for a driven and passionate newly graduate for the role as a Sales Support, which is one of the positions in our Leadership-track (the two-year programme).

Tetra Recart is the first retortable carton package designed for products traditionally filled in cans or glass jars. We are in a strong growth phase and now we want to transform the food industry. To enable you to learn about our business and understand the Tetra Pak world we have summarized the challenge for our Future Talent colleague as follows:
• You will, together with sales leader and project manager, be in charge of planning, executing, following up and continuously improve defined processes/events in our Sales & Technical Support organization whilst respecting boundaries connected to company policies and company defined processes
• You will work very closely with our Director Sales & Technical Support and he will, together with other colleagues in Tetra Recart and Tetra Pak, help you to help yourself developing the knowledge needed to succeed in the company
Qualifications
• Master degree within: Business administration or Industrial economy. Technical knowledge together with people skills/knowledge we believe is the best background for this challenge.
OBS! To qualify for this trainee programme, your Master degree needs to be from 2017 or 2018.
• To enjoy this position, we believe you are a curious person, eager to learn new things. You are a fast thinker who likes to solve problems and achieve good results.
You are humble and put the team before yourself, a high energy person who loves networking and are receptive to other people's needs and various personalities/cultural backgrounds
• You can work and learn in English
The Future talent Programme starts in September 2018. The position is based in Lund, Sweden but includes local and international job rotations.
