ÅF is now looking for functional safety managers. Within the areas of automotive, industry and rail ÅF aim to be a partner to our customers with regards to Functional Safety. A key role in this work is the Functional safety manager. The work would be both in-house at ÅF and at customer site and would consist of managing the functional safety context of one or several product development projects.
Some examples of responsibilities:
Plan safety activities during a safety lifecycle
Coordinate and monitor safety activities
Allocate responsibilities during a safety lifecycle
Represent functional safety work during a safety project
Maintain functional safety during production and operation
Confirm functional safety
Educate team in functional safety
Who are you?
If you have one or several of the following experiences you should apply to this position.
Senior Embedded software and hardware development
Project management for embedded systems
Functional safety experience
Laws and regulations within the areas of automotive, rail and process industry.
Configuration Management
Architecture and design of embedded software and/or hardware
Controls system design
Function design
In addition you shall have the following competences
English, good knowledge written and spoken
5-10 years work experience in the domain
Knowledge in Swedish language written and spoken is a merit.
