About the role
The temporary position as Functional Expert and Process development support will be focused on our internal project to deploy Fieldglass within the organization, but also involve continuous improvements in already rolled out countries. The scope is global and will role out both Contingent Workforce as well as Statement of Work.
The working tasks will be defined in close collaboration with Project Management and the Global Process Architect (GPA). Areas in scope are:
• Fieldglass Releases - update of process materials
• Training workstream activities
• Process development and documentation together with GPA
• Communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Improvement requests
This is a consultant assignment starting immediately and will be running until end of September.
About you
We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:
• SAP and Fieldglass knowledge - process and tool
• Project Management and Process Management
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality
• Communication skills - ability to communicate with different cultures and layers in the company
• English - fluent
