Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
If you have experience in the After sales area and want development in an exciting role with both responsibility, service and technical knowledge - you can be the one we are looking for!
As After Sales Manager Sweden you work under the supervision of the Sales Director and the Nordic Quality & Service Director, being the representative of the Nordic Office for all after-sales activities such as parts business and logistics, service, customer relation, technical pole etc.
Job Responsibilities/ Work tasks:
• Train and support the zone managers Sales and After Sales in the deployment of the Quality, Service and Parts commercial plan.
• Deploy and follow-up the dealer animation system for Quality of Service and parts
• Report Market specificities in parts, service and quality to the Nordic Office.
• Report the specificities of the markets regarding parts and service competition (benchmark product and price) to the Nordic Office
• Train and communicate the quad commercial plan for parts, service promotion and quality of service and follow-up the deployment to the field team.
• Animate the network (with the zone managers) on the good deployment of all After sales activities.

• Automotive industry knowledge
• Parts and Service Marketing
• Technical knowledge is an advantage
• Proactive and rigorous
• Recognize priorities
• Fluent in English
