We are now looking for a Flow Performance Developer to secure excellence in total Supply Chain performance, and its further development, by developing a framework from end-to-end perspective to manage our goods flow in alignment with the overall process, securing compliance and competence development in close contact with Supply Chain Development Areas and our IKEA Supply chain stakeholders. You drive precision throughout our entire Supply Chain. We are a Competence Center responsible for competence development, knowledge sharing and trainings connected to the operational end-to-end goods flow.
You will work for Supply Operations and report to the Flow Performance Manager.
Your main assignments as Flow Performance Developer are to:
Develop a framework for overall logistical operational performance from end-to-end perspective as it is defined by respective set of KPIs and PIs. Challenge and develop Supply Operations Teams in sites & follow-up, identify the reasons for non-performance & improvement potentials and define
Stakeholder Management: Take the lead in the interaction and alignment with all relevant supply chain stakeholders on global level to secure optimal logistical operational performance as well as preconditions for optimal total cost development (e.g. automatization) throughout the entire supply chain
Play a key role in the continuous development of total logistical operational performance in close collaboration with IKEA supply chain stakeholders including solutions
Take leadership to prevent and handle flow-related operational deviations and drive precision throughout our entire Supply Chain. Evaluate improvement potentials in operational logistical performance to continuous decrease inefficiency in the supply chain; initiate and steer actions with all the stakeholders
Responsible for the development of internal working methods, new concepts and related tools in close collaboration with Supply Chain Development Areas (SCDA). Secure and follow-up the implementation of processes and internal working methods in all Supply Operations Teams. Responsible for the knowledge transfer and education packages. Take lead in the continuous improvement of Supply Chain Operational Handbooks
Participate in projects and forums with an impact on Supply Operations. Proactively search for improvement potentials in mutual cooperation to create one common basis, contribute to create understanding within supply chain regarding mutual expectations, needs and preconditions with total cost in mind
Secure with SCDA that existing and future solutions meet business need, contributing to defined KPI/PIs. Securing implementation of any developments in solutions in Supply Operations Teams. Execute user and business acceptance test and pilot according to the requirements.
