Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a leading supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to providing complete and sustainable transport solutions. Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions. Our values - customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste - are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.

About the Team
At Vehicle Service Information (EYS), we are passionate about Uptime and Serviceability, ensuring our workshops are best in class in supporting our customers during their visits.

Every day, 16,000 technicians maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Scania vehicles and engines worldwide. This includes product adaptations, where we perform nearly 10,000 software updates and rebuilds daily.

At the Coordination of Product Instance and Adaptions group (EYSPI), we are responsible for Scania's product instance database and part of our service market tool that handles all the changes we want to make to a vehicle. This is crucial for Scania's customer offering of quality over time and adaptability. To succeed in our mission, we collaborate closely with various development and service departments, aiming to ensure high quality and uptime of our products so that customers quickly and safely get the best Scania for their use case.

You find it stimulating to lead in a change oriented environment where emotional intelligence will be key.
You can see the big picture and create clarity and direction for your team, while using your strong analytical skills to achieve great results together with others. It is important that you feel comfortable delegating.

Besides this, you:

• Preferably have a master's degree in engineering or IT.
• Write and speak fluently in English. Swedish is highly meriting.
