• Customer invoicing
• Premium adjustment calculations
• Commission calculations/payments
• Invoice aged trail balances follow-up & reminders
• Deal with 2nd level customer requests related to invoicing
• Close communication with the sales office
• Identifies potential improvements of processes
• Participate in testing of new processes
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Fluent in Finnish and Swedish, writing and speaking
• High school diploma in economics as a minimum
• 1-2 years of customer accounting work experience
• Professional English, writing and speaking
• Experience in MS Excel
• Experience in SAP is plus
• Experience in AS400 (IBM system) is a plus
• Capacity to communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Self-motivation
• Ability to work in a team
