As a Collection Agent, you will handle outbound and inbound phone calls from customers who have missed one or more payments. Our mission is to find the right solution together with the customer and to communicate this in a open, helpful and engaging tone. You will talk a lot on the phone, and you need to be fast and secure in making the right decisions and you are not afraid to take own initiative.

To succeed in this role you are a driven and independent person with a strong interest in communication, and you are secure in making the right decisions. We place great emphasis on teamwork and a pleasant working environment. As you will work towards the Finnish market we expect you to have great communication skills in Finnish and English - both written and spoken - and ideally you have additional language skills as well. Preferably you have worked within service but it's not a requirement. For us, your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or work experience. At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our department.
