hela Sverige Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions.
Scania Cummins XPI Manufacturing Södertälje AB produce XPI fuel system for Scania. It is a Joint Venture between Cummins Inc and Scania CV AB. The organization is connected to "D-Powertrain Production" Scania.
As a Financial Manger you will be an active member of the management team and your own team which consists of two employees responsible for the accounting and controlling.

Your work assignment
• Maintain and develop the financial flow in regards to material flow, operations, general and legally required processes.
• Report financial results, budget and forecasts to local management and the Joint Venture leadership in the US.
• Consolidating all other information needed for annual meetings and legal requirements in connection to a Swedish AB
• Establish and supervise agreements with service providers both internal and external.
• Backup to MD regarding financial and jurisdictional AB issues.
Your profile
You are a natural leader with a passion and understanding of the Financial strategies and ways of working. You have good leadership skills and communication skills, show curiosity and inspire people around you. You achieve results through others and have the courage to drive change and take decisions along the journey.
Having a close dialogue and cooperation with the business is natural to you, as to understanding your team's deliverables. Doing this by having good knowledge and an interest in handling both strategic and technical discussions.
You have proven experience from coaching and leading teams in their journey towards continuous delivery. Your stakeholder management skills are very good as you are expected to handle business relations. Being a Financial Manager means developing a wide network of contacts both within and outside of Sweden, therefore you need to be proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English.
Also to be successful in this role you need to be structured and analytical.
A university level degree in Business Administration is required and at least five years of qualified experience in controlling and accounting.
Leadership experience and knowledge of reporting a legal unit and/or US entities is a benefit.
