hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2014-06-06Dina arbetsuppgifterThe Financial Controller is a real part of the line management and decision taking with regards ensuring standard systems and processes are implemented and followed. The position partner up with other controllers and finance function as well as those outside of finance and play an important role in training and allowing others to understand and know the operations on the organization. Major tasks and responsibilities of position:
• Planning: Agree transfer prices
• Reporting: Calculate and report data
• Business controls, efficiency and cost savings: Develop, document and implement control processes
• Credit management: Develop, maintain and implement a credit management policy
The platform controller are a key cross functional collaborator and spends most of their time working with the different functions on ensuring data accumulation and data delivery through standardized processes and continuously improve on these. The incumbent is a process consultant for functions including supply chain, sales and distribution, marketing, research and development.
Vem är du?
We see that you are a commercial minded person which is detail, assertive, system and process focused. Good understanding of commerce in general, specifically good knowledge of internal control systems and administration systems. Further, you are:
• Flexible and able to adjust to the business.
• Excellent communication skills are a per-requisite for a controller.
• You should give attention to details but also be able to comprehend the total picture and larger context.
• To have a good grasp of IFRS and understand basic commercial legal principles and relationships affecting the particular business - an MBA or Baccalaureus degree or equivalent or at least studying towards these with majority of studies completed.
• Excellent Microsoft excel skills and good knowledge of SAP and other Microsoft packages is required.
• You must be proficient in English, and at least Swedish. Other Scandinavian languages or German will be advantageous.
• At least 5 years working experience in a financial environment in a medium to large corporation is essential.
• Some exposure to credit management would be required.
