Our games have been installed more than 130 million times worldwide, and we're still growing. In the last year, our user acquisition (UA) spending has increased significantly, and we now need a skilled financial controller to help us maintain our cash flow.
We're hiring you to be the go-to person for our CEO, Mattias, our corporate consultants, and executive team members. This is a new role at Turborilla, so you'll help shape this position and contribute to specific company areas for growth. The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to financial aspects on the company level and help the follow-ups in the game development process. This is a full-time hybrid position where you will be expected to be onsite in our Umeå office three days a week.
An effective Financial Controller will...
Keep track of the UA cash flow, credit lines, current UA spend per platform, payment dates, etc.
Create liquidity analysis for the company
Manage monthly rolling forecast after consultation with management
Regulatory and financial reporting
Budget and forecast preparation
Development of internal control policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you have...
Experience or a passion for games and UA
A bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to cement good relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across teams and locations
The ability to carefully plan tasks and processes, set clear goals, and follow up on results
