Job description
Perido is looking for a financial assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their office in Stockholm.
In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role within the Quality Management Section that offers an ever-changing workday. Among other work tasks, you will
• Assist with follow up of data and budget in the clients? Management Information System (MIS);
• Follow up and verify data input in MIS, check reliability of reports;
• Support the preparation of reports and data collection;
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, drafting, formatting of financial documents.
We believe that a suitable person for this assignment have some experience of financial, accounting or contracting work and also familiar with administrative processes and systems. It?s important that you feel confident in using Excel as it will be an important tool in your work. Furthermore, we assume that you?re flexible and able to structurize your work even though you have several tasks at hand. You enjoy building relationships and communicate with team members, colleagues and external resources.

Required qualifications
• Education at university level or other relevant post-secondary education
• Relevant professional experience. For example, in financial, accounting or contracting.
• Accuracy and thoroughness in the performance of assigned tasks
• Good team-working abilities
• Very good user skills in Excel, including Pivot tables
• Excellent communication skills in english, both oral and written
Meritorious
• Knowledge of key performance indicators would be an advantage
Contract type and hours
Full time with start the 1 of March 2016. The assignment lasts for 6 months with possible extension (12 months).
