On behalf of BearingPoint in Malmö, we are looking for a dedicated financial assistant who can work extra. Are you passionate about numbers? Are you an analytical thinker? OUR OFFER TO YOU
You will become an important part of BearingPoints Nordic Finance Department. The department consists of 3 people who speak English first and foremost. You will get an important position in the group by supporting around economically related tasks.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your tasks will include:
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Invoicing
• Expense Report
• Other economy-related administration.
IN ADDITION...
As a consultant, you are part of our staffing business, which means that you will be employed by TNG and work as a consultant at BearingPoint. The assignment is expected to start immediately and might lead to a long-term position at BearingPoint in the future, but right now we 're looking for someone who 's flexible and wants to work part-time
WHO ARE YOU?
We want you to be a student or have another main job that makes it convenient to work extra in a longer term. It would be good if you have had experience as a finance assistant before. To succeed in the role of financial assistant, you have a careful and structured approach. You are bound to deliver a good result and make sure to reach the deadlines that are set. You 're social and have a service-oriented approach.
You will communicate in English daily, so it 's important that you speak English fluently. It 's good if you also can speak Finnish or other Scandinavian languages. Also advantageously if you have experience with SAP, but most important is that you have good Excel skills. Advantageously if you know Excel VBA.
