But the good news is, we are here to even things out. Now we are looking for a temporary (10 months) Finance coordinator to join the Finance team.
About the role
Our strong teamwork and culture are far from the ordinary. Here you assist the accounting department, and you are the helpful hand to various tasks, all in order to increase the efficiency of our accountants to be able to meet deadlines.
You are a prestigeless teamplayer with a service minded spirit that is not afraid of various tasks within the finance department. You are the perfect match if you like challenges and are not afread of improving processes. You are the one who says yes to new challenges and wants to develop. But also act from the team's best interest. You like to, and you will always have the opportunity to learn, nothing stays the same here at Prisjakt.
You will join our finance department with seven fantastic employees. You will start from the metropolis Ängelholm - known for Rögle, a UFO monument and for being home to the galaxy's foremost price comparison service.
On your to-do list:
• Responsible for invoicing
• Manage accounts payable ledger, ensuring proper classification and recording
• Assist with account entry and bookkeeping
• Responsible for accounts receivables
• Organise agreements from various suppliers
• Responsible for collections
• Take care of incoming finance mail to a shared inbox.
• Assisting in Audits
• Maintenance in finance ERP system
• Assist in various ad hoc projects within the finance team
• Manage the booking of credit cards
• Report to tax authorities VAT and employee contribution
• Payroll

As a person, you are just as you are, that will be extra perfect for us. But of course, there are some things that will make it easier for you to succeed in the role. You have the ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset. There is a need to be meticulous and structured, and have attention to detail as well as being a quick learner, and not afraid of new IT systems.
Your already earned capital:
We think that you have a relevant education within Accounting. This is not your first Finance job, but you have already earned your 3 year of experience as a Finance Assistant or similar. You are fluent in Swedish and English, which is our company language. When it comes to the tools, you are proficient in payroll.

Where: You will be located at our studio in Ängelholm but great news, we are a hybrid working company which means that you have the possibility to work from home as well. The Finance team is based mainly in Ängelhom but also Stockholm.
