We are now looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our Stockholm team in a temporary position as Finance Assistant.
Job Description
In the role of Finance Assistant at URS Nordic AB you will mainly handle AP ledger and payments, as well as booking employee expense reimbursements for Sweden and Norway. You will also be working closely with our local Finance Team, assisting them in general finance administration. As Finance Assistant maintaining quality and ensuring accuracy is key, and you will be working within the URS quality management system.
Minimum Requirements
You at least have an Upper Secondary School Degree within the Finance and Economics area, and ideally some job related experience from a finance role. Requirements also include excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish, as well as some experience working with Excel.
In the role as Financial Assistant a flexible approach and positive attitude is key. If you want to work in a highly dynamic and international environment, are willing to learn and not afraid to ask, you just might be our ideal candidate!
