UPS is currently looking for a team member to the finance team in the Nordic Finance & Accounting department to cover for a maternity leave.

As a team member you will work in a close relation to the Nordic management team, EMEA Region Finance & Accounting and our service sites. You are responsible for analyzing and communicating operational metrics (e.g. profit, expense, revenue, volume, productivity) to management to convey the state of the business. You will also coordinate UPS financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.

As a person you should be able to communicate clearly, be a good team player but also be able to work independently without supervision. The position requires multitasking and you need to deal with a wide range of ad-hoc assignments. It is of high value that the candidate has good analytical skills and is used to pressing deadlines.

Building cross-functional relationships across the UPS organization is a part of the daily work. In addition to the other qualifications, we value candidate's interpersonal skills, high motivation level and willingness to grow together with UPS.

Qualifications/Work Experience:

• 1-2 years' experience in an F&A role
• University degree in finance, accounting or business administration is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office expertise, in particular MS Excel
• Strong communication skills, including written & oral English
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships

The workplace is at UPS office in Järfälla. Regular full-time working hours.

This is a 12 months cover for a maternity leave, with the possibility of extension.
