hela Sverige We are now looking for a Finance Accounts Assistant Nordics to the international telecommunication company Orange. This position will be located in Solna and work in close collaboration with the Finance Manager for Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will assist the Finance Manager with activities related to Accounts Payable, expenses, VAT and outsourced payroll.
Your main responsibility will include scanning of purchase invoices and expenses, coding purchase invoices and other administrative tasks. Moreover, you will assist the Finance Manager with tasks related to VAT, bank and tax compliance. In this role, you will be the contact person for Accounts Payable and have contact with suppliers.
You have at least two years of experience from working with general accounting and administration. You are fluent in both English and Swedish and it is beneficial if you also have good skills in another Nordic language. Moreover, you have experience from working with accounting systems.
As a person you are organized and meticulous. You enjoy working with numbers as well as interacting with people within the organisation. You are a team player with high communication skills and you have the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
